The Exciting World of M&A and FinTech
On Thursday, April 3rd, students of Business Law at WU Vienna immersed themselves in the fascinating world of M&A and crypto-FinTechs during an event organized in cooperation with ELSA Austria. The EY Law team gave the interested students a hands-on look at how deals in the crypto and FinTech scene are professionally managed: EY Law Partner Georg Perkowitsch (M&A), trainee lawyer Paul Kness (M&A), and Paul Neubauer (FinTech/NewTech)
Knowledge and Enjoyment at the EY Law Event on the WU Campus
Following the M&A and FinTech presentation, engaging conversations took place with the speakers. Additional members of the EY Law team, including attorney Miriam Broucek and trainee lawyer Bernd Kreutzer, joined for networking over pizza and drinks at L’Osteria on the WU Campus — an evening that perfectly combined knowledge and enjoyment.
