An international team from EY Law advised the German KSB Company on its investment in the Austrian scale-up ecop Technologies GmbH, a manufacturer of innovative industrial heat pumps. As a world-leading producer of pumps and valves, KSB brings years of experience in the development and production of rotating systems to the partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With a total investment of 10.5 million euros, ecop is expanding its production capacities and bringing its new rotor design to series production. In addition to KSB, other investors such as the European Innovation Council Fund (EICF), InnoEnergy, New Energy Technologies, Finadvice AG, and numerous existing investors also participated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
